The Process

Thinking about building a tennis court?  The first step is to give us a call and we’ll send you a package which will include in-depth surface information and budget figures for the different types of installations available. 

The next step in the process is to contact your city/town to inquire about necessary permits required to construct a court in your location.  In addition, you’ll need to find out the town setbacks and will need a copy of your plot plan as well. 

Once the above steps have been completed, Lineberry Tennis will visit the property and conduct a site evaluation. At that time we will recommend court location, layout the prospective tennis court and discuss surface and fencing options.  Once all the particulars have been discussed and determined, Lineberry Tennis will be able to establish the cost of the project.
